Q: Do you size rings?
A: Yes we do, ask about our while you wait services.
Q: How much will it cost to size a ring?
A: It depends. Each ring is priced according to the size of the shank or band, how many stones are in the ring, what karat, and if it’s yellow or white gold or silver. Just bring it by and we’ll be happy to take a look and quote a price before repairs are started.
Q: Do you buy gold or silver?
A: YES!! We will also beat any competitor’s price.
Q: Can you replace lost gem stones?
A: Yes we can, most of the time we can order a stone to match perfectly.
Q: Can you replace watch batteries?
A: Yes we can do that too.
Q: Do you do layaway?
A: Yes. We usually ask for one third of the total cost down and you have 90 days to pay the balance. Deposits and Payments are non-refundable.
Q: What about financing?
A: Yep. We work with Personal Finance Company in New Albany. If you go for this option, we’ll help you do all of the paperwork!
Q: I would like to design my own ring, pendant etc.; can you help me with that?
A: Yes our custom jewelry artist will be happy to help you create the perfect look.
Q: I really don’t have any idea how to design a ring, but I have a picture in my head of what I want it to look like, can you help me?
A: Again with over 25 years experience in custom jewelry and repair we can pretty much do anything. Like the card says, “The only limitation is your imagination!”
