Hello! This winter was a crazy busy one for us at Conner Custom Jewelers! As January through March is usually a fairly quiet time, we were pleasantly surprised by all of the new and returning customers that came to see us. Now spring is here, and we’re gearing up for the next big event on our schedule: 2012 Kentucky Derby!

We are overjoyed to once again be working with Style Icon Events as they put on this year’s Kentucky Derby Gifting Suite. This will be our third time participating, and we cannot wait to have new Derby pieces and pictures to show you all! Take a look in the galleries for pictures from our previous times participating!

You may be wondering how this will affect the repair/custom time frame at the shop. The answer is not at all! We already have our Derby game plan in place, and our anticipated duration for repairs is the usual two weeks; custom duration should be more like four to six weeks. Of course,  if you need something a little quicker than that, please stop by so we can take a look at what needs to be done; rush service is usually not a problem!

Dear Conner Custom Jewelers Customers,

Just a quick note for the new year! We are resuming our normal business hours (M-F 10am to 6pm & Sat 11am-3pm) effective immediately. Also, please note that we’ll be closed Monday, January 2nd to observe New Year’s Day.

2011 was a year full of changes for us and 2012 brings another change right out of the gate! Due to the rising cost of raw material (gold, etc.), there will be a slight increase in repair/custom charges. We hope that customers understand that we’re not trying to shaft anyone; we just have to cover our cost/butts (to put it frankly). This change is so we can stick around for all of our great clients! Have we mentioned how much we appreciate you all??
